We recommend washing embroidered items inside out in cold water and air drying or tumble drying on low to preserve the embroidery quality and prevent shrinkage.

Are your designs exclusive to Rambler Reserve?
Yes! All our Cleveland-inspired designs are unique to Rambler Reserve and feature premium embroidery work celebrating Cleveland's heritage and culture.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

What items cannot be returned?
Custom or personalized items, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
